Nipa joined the NSW Bar in 2014. She has a broad commercial and equity practice and represents clients in different courts and tribunals, in both state and federal jurisdiction. Prior to joining the Bar, Nipa practised as a commercial litigator for over 5 years.

Nipa is also admitted as a Barrister in England and Wales, and the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She is a founding member of the NSW Bar Association’s Accessibility Panel, and a member of the Diversity and Equality Committee. She is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Nipa holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of London.
