About

Before being called to the bar in 2005, David was Head of the Medical Negligence department at Cashman and Partners Solicitors, and at Maurice Blackburn Cashman Lawyers.

He is highly experienced in medical negligence, coronial inquests, personal injury, and professional liability matters. David has had particular experience in plaintiff matters against doctors and hospitals, as well as representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and informal settlement conferences.

He has written numerous articles for publication and presented papers and given lectures at legal and medical conferences across the country and overseas.
