Dennis Epstein has almost 40 years’ experience as a personal injury legal practitioner.

 

From 1982 to 1995 he practiced as a solicitor for both sides including 7 years at GIO, Claims Management Department handling workers compensation & common law claims.

 

In February 1995 he was admitted as a Barrister in NSW & has practiced in chambers at the private bar ever since.

 

His work at the bar has been mainly on the Plaintiff side handling workers compensation, work injury damages, third party & public liability matters. He has also appeared in the AAT in Comcare matters.

 

Dennis has also regularly delivered lectures to solicitors on changes in personal injury law and has done this for over 15 years.
