Tim Rickard practices mainly in the fields of Insolvency, Commercial Law, and Building Contracts and Equity. Before being called to the Bar, he worked as a solicitor for one of the predecessor firms to Corrs Chambers Westgarth, he has spent more than 10 years in investment banking with Macquarie Bank and other international investment banks in both the corporate finance and treasury areas and has experience in the industry as a commercial manager of several engineering companies. He has a deep understanding of commercial contracts and corporate financial statements and the art of negotiation. He has undertaken several advanced negotiation courses.
